He Wants to Order is the name of a collection of redrawn memes that are based on a picture of a man in a car, leaning and crawling over the driver to order food at a drive-thru window, with the phrase "He wants to order." The image was shared on Twitter in August 2022 on Tumblr in July 2022, and it sparked a number of redraws the next day, including one with the caption "She wants to order."

On July 14, 2022, the now-deleted Twitter account @yochtclub shared a selfie with the caption, "at McDonald's," showing Instagram user @dantesancerre leaning over him while placing his order at the drive-thru. "He wants to order," reads a Snapchat banner. Before being removed, the post received more than 14,000 likes (shown below). On July 22, 2022, Tumblr user poppy-ghost republished it, and it received over 12,000 comments in a month. Although the caption makes it seem like they were at McDonald's, @yochtclub revealed to Know Your Meme that they were actually at Jollibee's in a remark on TikTok.
After This, Meme Started To Spread Rigorously
As the image moved to various internet platforms in the ensuing weeks, it was the subject of redraws. Changing the folks in the image to Cuphead characters, Twitter user @sleepybawoonman tweeted it on August 21st, 2022. It received over 3,300 likes and 330 retweets in just two days (shown below). Someone draw this as gojo and geto, please, tweeted Twitter user @suguruhrs on August 22nd, 2022. The tweet received over 9,500 likes and 700 retweets in one day.

Following the message by Twitter user @suguruhrs, many other individuals redrew the meme. A variation of the meme featuring One Piece characters was shared on Twitter on that day, August 22, and it quickly received over 640 likes (shown below, left). Using characters from Bungo Stray Dogs, Twitter user @hsyIvr shared the meme on August 23. In less than a day, it received over 2,500 likes and 500 retweets (shown below, right).

On the same day, Twitter user @luckyybreaker posted a version of the meme redrawing the men as Naruto characters, garnering over 770 likes and 200 retweets in under a day (shown below).
